I love photography, but it’s only a snapshot of life’s real magic. There have been moments when I’ve wanted to just be—to take it all in rather than chase the perfect shot. Over the years, I’ve found a balance: learning to fully experience the moment while also capturing it in time. I’ve also realized that a well-planned photoshoot allows me to be present, enjoy the process, and create something intentional.

I’m Jadyn Noel Cox, a photographer studying at Brigham Young University in the Photo and Lens-Based Design program. Through my time in school, I’ve explored many forms of photography, from digital to alternative processes. I love finding new ways to bring moments to life. Every project is an opportunity to create something meaningful.

I grew up in the wild west, surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of Arizona, where I first fell in love with storytelling through imagery. Some of my earliest memories with photography are sitting at my grandparents' kitchen table, flipping through old family albums. Those photos taught me more about my family than words ever could. Looking back at the past has shown me just how powerful photography is—it preserves stories, emotions, and the little details we might otherwise forget. We all have things to learn, and often, we have photos to thank for shaping our understanding.

Let’s collaborate and create something worth remembering.
